Dear MCDC Community,
The PA Democratic Coordinated Campaign and Party Affairs are running a great slate of upcoming volunteer trainings, covering voter conversations, personal storytelling, canvassing, and volunteer leadership. The full schedule and sign-up links are below, with sessions starting Saturday, August 1st.
These trainings are open to anyone in our committee who's talking to voters this fall, or thinking about stepping into a bigger volunteer role. I'd encourage you to sign up for whatever's useful to you, and please share this with your own committee members and volunteers too. The more people who build these skills before GOTV, the better shape we'll be in.

Organizing Skills: How to Have Effective Conversations with Voters: Learn why voter conversations matter and how to have them well, using empathy and shared values to connect authentically and help voters feel heard and respected.

Volunteer Leadership 101: Designed for volunteers ready to take on more responsibility, this training covers the different volunteer leadership roles available and the skills needed to help lead a successful GOTV effort.
